Note: It may take 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system after you receive your code.
5. Missing or Delayed Packages
If your package hasn't arrived within 15 business days, please contact us immediately at support@cervalo.com. Our dedicated support team will investigate with the carrier and ensure you either receive your product or a full refund. Your peace of mind is our priority.
