How to Request a Return:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a refund within 60 days of receiving it. To start a return, please follow these steps:1.    Contact our support team at support@cervalo.com with your order number.
2.    Provide a brief explanation of why the product didn’t meet your expectations (we use your feedback to improve!).
3.    Our team will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.


Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your CervaCare™ arrives damaged or with a technical defect, please take a photo or short video and send it to support@cervalo.com. We will ship a brand-new replacement to you immediately, free of charge.

Shipping Costs
• To be eligible for a full refund, items must be returned in their original packaging.
• Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
• Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.


Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please contact your local post office first. If they cannot locate it, contact us and we will open an investigation to ensure you get your product or a refund.
